Hello to all potential sponsors!
We are The Short Circuits, a FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) robotics team of 8th-12th graders. This is our fifth year participating in FTC. We are grateful to have made it to the State level competition in all our four years, as well as to have won various awards!
We delight in sharing our knowledge and experiences with others in order to inspire young students to pursue their interests in STEM. We enjoy hosting local events and international calls to gain and spread knowledge. We call this process "Outreach".

As you can imagine, building a robot and organizing Outreach events costs a decent amount of money. Therefore, we are seeking sponsors who are willing to support our team. There are many advantages to sponsoring our team as you will see in the table below. We are open to sponsorship in the forms of funds, robot parts, game pads, and/or tools. We are sincerely grateful that you will consider supporting our team, and we hope to hear from you soon.

We are not a 501(c)(3) team, so we rely on our fundraising to sustain our team (if you only sponsor 501(c)(3) teams, you can still sponsor us, so keep reading). If interested, you may submit a payment through our PayPal account [paypal link here]; if so, please make sure to put our team name (“The Short Circuits”) in the comments. If your company only sponsors 501(c)(3) teams, there is still a process in which you can sponsor us. When you write a check to us, address it to FIRST and put our team name in the comments. When FIRST receives the check, they will contact our team’s coaches, who will then apply for a re-grant. Our coaches will fill out the required paperwork for a re-grant, then send that over to FIRST. FIRST will approve our re-grant application, and will then send the check over to us.
